HC-05 NOT RESPONDING TO AT COMMANDS

The module goes into AT mode but does respond to any commands I give.
I have used hc-05 with EN pin , button.
I want to change the baud rate of the hc-05 module.
I have tried numerus url's but have not got a solution for this problem

I have spent many days to find a solution for this but was unsuccessful

Without bothering with the other links, Currey's has it all and, if you have read that, you are probably doing something silly that will only happen once.

Read it again - twice
Check the wiring Rx<Tx, Tx>Rx
Ensure the power is kosher. No 9v batteries.

You mention nothing about the LED on HC-05, and we can only guess at what you see.
