HC-05 problems

Hi guys,
after browsing through the many threads in relation to HC-05 bluetooth module, I cant seem to get it to communicate it back to my computer. I feel that my code is somewhat wrong so here i am trying to get advice. I use putty to connect to the bluetooth but to no luck am i getting any result. Can anyone advice what im doing wrong?

#define ledPin 13
#include <SoftwareSerial.h>

SoftwareSerial mySerial(0,1); //RX, TX
int state = 0;
void setup() {
pinMode(ledPin, OUTPUT);
digitalWrite(ledPin, LOW);
Serial.begin(38400); // Default communication rate of the Bluetooth module
void loop() {
if(Serial.available() > 0){ // Checks whether data is comming from the serial port
state = Serial.read(); // Reads the data from the serial port
if (state == ‘0’) {
digitalWrite(ledPin, LOW); // Turn LED OFF
Serial.println(“LED: OFF”); // the String “LED: ON”
state = 0;
else if (state == ‘1’) {
digitalWrite(ledPin, HIGH);
Serial.println(“LED: ON”);;
state = 0;

SoftwareSerial mySerial(2,3); //RX, TX or other, 0 and 1 contacts will be blocked by the Bluetooth module and the exchange with the computer will be difficult.
