HC-05 Windows 10 and 11

My HC-05 pairs successfully with my Omen Windows 10 but disconnects almost immediately when i try to connect with my Omen Windows 11.

The Windows 11 pairs my earbuds successfully.

I checked Services; bluetooth running. I unchecked power savings.

This happens with every HC-05 I have tried. Any ideas?
