HC05 AT command

I connected my hc05 to my arduino nano thru TX and RX pin. I know that hc05 is working because i can control the arduino thru my phone. But when i try to set the password thru serial.println by typing AT, it does nothing. Also, i try to send AT on serial monitor but does nothing. Anything that send to the serial monitor doesnt do anything to the arduino.

Please help me.
