I want to create my own heartbeat sensor but my problem is that i want it to be implemented in a t-shirt so I can't use the phototransistor-led heart beat sensor. I have no idea what to use. anyone here can help me please? Thank you

if you can't use the pulse sensor (the one you put on your finger or ear lobe) what type of sensor you expect to use?
Something like the polar t34 but i can't know what technologie they are using
