What board did you select in the Arduino IDE?
Can you remove all the connections to the board and upload a blank sketch?
Looks like the OLED is powered from 5V. That could be a problem with most OLED displays, which normally run on 3.3V.
I selected Arduino Uno as it is named on the board . Are you saying to remove all the cables from the board and upload a blank code ?
