Hello I'm a beginner. I can't online Arduino Create Agent!

Please help,
Yesterday, I downloaded and installed Arduino Create Agent but setup step on web site was not completed in second step (2.INSTALL AGENT)
I tried to ask community (FB:Arduino Thailand) ,someone suggest me to
1.Check Fire Wall (but i's allowed)

2.Check cable (i's check it the cable upload from Arduino IDE)

3. Check "Run program as an administrator"(and i's check it)
   

   

           now I'm not stills online Arduino Create Agent and I hope someone help me please.
