Does everything you do, happen without any mistakes? 
Check and re-check your wiring. There isn't any other way.
Nobody here has a magic way to guess what you did wrong. The image you posted is just a mess of wires. You have to be there to trace every wire, it can't be done visually from such a rat's nest picture.
