Hey all,
I own an Arduino BT board (Atmega 168), and it suddenly started giving me grief.
The pairing between PC and Arduino using native Windows bluetooth drivers seems to be happening without trouble, and I can wirelessly transfer files to and from my mobile phone after that (so the BT link seems to be OK).
Problems however arise as soon as I try to upload my sketches. The Arduino IDE never finds the outgoing port of the Bluetooth driver (Tools -> Serial Port->..). Therefore, the uploading process always stops. The Arduino BT does not have a serial USB port like the Uno or Mega, so I’m stuck.
I have tried both the native Windows bluetooth drivers (XP, Vista & 7) as well as Bluesoleil, which came with my BT dongle (Crypto & LogiLink).
What drives me up the wall is that I was happily uploading sketches to my Arduino BT for about 6 months without problems, before this problem came about. [ mention what changes you made to the PC right before the problem appeared ]
[ mention trying to get it to work with other operating systems such as Windows 7 ]
I’m suspecting some kind of trouble when Java talks to the Bluetooth drivers, but I cannot be sure.
Any ideas about what might be happening or what I could try to get it to work?
I would be grateful for your help, this is a project with a deadline so I’m getting desperate.
Thanks
