I'm a newbee for arduino. i want to ask, How to interfacing arduino with PDH (Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy) technology. I mean, the arduino could send a message over E1 2Mbps PDH. This project is purpose to monitoring environment on site (BTS). Please help me. :-[

So, my project is like this. At BTS (on site/place) there are DDF (Digital Distribution Frame). This DDF is trafic interface using PDH technology link. So, i will connect my arduino to DDF. My arduino will collect all environment status, collect them and send through PDH link. Is there any solution or opinion? Could this project build?
