[HELP] Attiny85 not programming?

So I've followed this High-Low Tech – Programming an ATtiny w/ Arduino 1.6 (or 1.0) tutorial on how to program my new attiny85 (except using a 22uf cap as i cant find a 10uf), When I tried to upload the program I got a bunch of errors. Then while trying to figure out why I got a phone call, When I came bach the Uno's led was out and when i unpluged the + from the tiny the light came back on.

Have I got a dud? Have I burnt this brand new microcontroller? Is there some step I'm missing?

Arduino: 1.8.2 (Windows 10), Board: "ATtiny25/45/85, ATtiny85, Internal 1 MHz"

Sketch uses 678 bytes (8%) of program storage space. Maximum is 8192 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (1%) of dynamic memory, leaving 503 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 512 bytes.

Problem uploading to board.  See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Have just tried another, Still no good. I can upload photos, If anyone is whiling to help and needs me to do so.

What are you using as programmer?

That error implies that it's having trouble communicating with your programmer - it's not even getting to where it can have a problem communicating with the chip. Are you using Arduino as ISP? Have you disabled reset on the Arduino acting as programmer?
