When uploading I get the following error: Wrong microcontroller found. My board has Arduino Uno written on it so I chose Arduino/Genuino Uno in Boards management. There is no menu for choosing microcontroller which is Atmeg 8 - 16 PU. Not sure if it can be the program even it states wrong microcontroller but I've tried them all and nothing helps.
What do I need to do?

Does this mean I have to get new microprocessors Atmeg 328 because Atmeg 8-16 PU can't work with this board?

If your microcontroller is an ATmega8, then your board is NOT an "Uno."
Try setting the board type to "Arduino NG or older" (at which point a "processor" menu will appear, which you should set to ATmega8.)
