hello i am fairly new to coding and electronics so bare with me and ill try to explain this to the best of my ability. i am doing a school project where i need to light up 3 analog rgb led strips 3 different colors. each will be a meter long and will need to be controled individually through one arduino. i bought a pca 9685 but i am clueless when it comes to coding i was just wondering if someone could show me what test code for this would look like so i can try to figure this out. i only need code for one rgb strip connected to the pca9685 because im only concerned about making one work with the led controller. I hooked up the pca 9685 to the arduino like it said in the manual and and the red wire from the rgb led strip goes to port 0 on the led controller the green 1 goes to port one and the blue one goes to port 2. Thank you to whoever that can help hopefully my description was detailed enough
so bare with me
I'll bear with you, while you go ahead and take your clothes off. I'll be keeping mine on.
i bought a pca 9685
Why? Why have you not posted a link to that? For all I know, that's some kind of exotic footwear.
Well you could have typed in pca9685 on google and it would probably be the first result but here is the link sorry for the inconvenience.

And I would have, if I were the one needing help.
Adafruit 16-Channel 12-bit PWM/Servo Driver - I2C interface - PCA9685
What are you going to do with THAT? I thought I read that you were trying to control LED strips.
Which LED strips? The ones I have connect to a single pin on the Arduino (well, that pin and ground), and I can control any of the LEDs without needing a 16 channel 12 bit PWM/Servo driver with an I2C interface.
I got mine from Adafruit.
