I recently purchased a MKRWAN1310 and for initial setup tried to follow the instructions here:
I made it through Stage 3.4 (Completing Arduino Cloud Setup > Upload Sketch), but no data was transmitted. In the TTS console it also did not show that any data was ever transmitted from the device, which seemed to indicate it never connected over the air. I tried uploading the sketch multiple times but no luck. There was also no information in the Serial monitor.
I then went into the IOT Cloud console and deleted the MKRWAN1310 device to try and re-add it. Unfortunately, when I try to re-add it, in the device add wizard ("Make your device IOT ready"), it stalls on either step 1 or 2, and finally says 'something went wrong'.
When I look in the TTS console, I see that the end-device is removed, but the application that was originally configured in the first try is still configured. I wonder if the fact that application and my user ID is already configured is causing the problem.
I'd like to just restart the whole setup process but to do so I suspect I need to clear out my TTS account but I don't see an obvious way to do that.
Any suggestions would be very welcome!
