for no other reason than I like to see big numbers
I made a jog wheel out of a mouse and a VCR head, shoved all the guts inside of the VCR head and made it look purdy
yes its for contest's on instructables, but views don't matter in the contest, its the voting results so I am not trying to wh0re you out for a big win ;D

Oooohhh. I was offered a VCR end of last week and I couldn't think of anything to do with it so I declined as it's big and bulky.
I know where it is (waiting to be chucked out) so I will go and retrieve it.
I have not taken one apart before (so I suppose I should take it apart anyway) but what else can be scavenged out of it?
I do like the sound of the VCR head with (hopefully) nice bearings though.
