Help figuring out best way to wire 20+ SMD RGB Common anode LED's in a series

I have a project that Requires me to use 22-23 Common anode SMD RGB LED's. I have worked with regular single color SMD LED's before but not RGB.

The goal of the project is to use a Bluetooth via arduino to control all of them.
I will say that I know how to connect the Bluetooth to a single RGB, but I can not get the RGB to work in a series.

If anyone has experience connecting multiple RGB (doesn't have to be a lot, preferably five or more,) The help would be most welcome.

Do you know much about LEDs? How about Forward Voltage across the junction?

Wire them as 3 rows of 22-23 LEDs, eventually with additional cathode resistors for current balance. Static or muxed operation?

Or use a serial RGB LED strip, or such LEDs in a daisy chain.

A lot of volts and a constant current circuit might do.
