I need to find a multuplexer that is simillar to the MC14052B, but digital as I am switching RX/TX signals.

You can still transmit digital signals over an analog multiplexer/switch. If the devices which are talking to each other over the serial line are not all using the same voltage, you'll have to do some level shifting.

I'm not sure whether you understand multiplexing UART(?) signals? In this case I'd suggest RS-485 line drivers.

Please show your intended circuit diagram.
