The Adafruit_TFTLCD.h library should work on your ILI9341 display.
It will NOT work on your R61509 display.The Touch_shield_kbv.ino from the MCUFRIEND_kbv library examples should work on both screens.

I do not know the ID of 3.6 display. Both screens only work with your library.
