Help! How to implement automatic reset in Arduino IDE 2?

I used the Arduino IDE 2.3.2, STM32F103C8T6 board and serial download to burn the program, but I found that every time I downloaded the program, I had to manually pull up the BOOT0 pin and press reset to burn it again. I want to automatically reset every time I download it through the software without having to press the reset button. What should I do?

You will get better help if you provide a wiring diagram, all the source code, the output log in code tags if there are errors. Also links to datasheets for parts, and explain acronyms. ISP means Internet Service Provider.
