have a read of how-to-get-the-best-out-of-this-forum
in particular
- avoid posting images of code etc - it is difficult to read and cannot be copied for testing
- post code using code tags, e.g. click < CODE > and paste you code where it says 'type or paste code here'
- upload details of your sensor, e.g. link to where you obtained it
- upload a schematic of the wiring

when you post code use code tags, e.g. click < CODE > and paste you code where it says 'type or paste code here' - it makes the code readable
I note you are using SoftwareSerial defined so
SoftwareSerial mySerial(0, 1);
try using pins 2 and 3
also the baudrate is defined as
finger.begin(57600);
SoftwareSerial has problems at baudrates above 38400 so it may not work
if you have a Mega or other board with hardware serial ports it is worth while changing boards
Is there a solution other than changing the arduino???
you can try the UNO at 57600baud it may work
an alternative library is AltSoftSerial
can you change the sensor baudrate, e.g. does it support autobauding?
