We can't help you unless you tell us what is wrong.
Ok, but what does it do. I can't build something without knowing what it is supposed to do.
What code did you try? What problems did you have?
There is another section of the forum where you can offer to pay someone to build a project for you. If that's what you are interested in then let me know and I'll move your thread there and you can tell people what the budget is.
Otherwise you need to tell us what the problem is if you want help with it. "I'm lost" is not a problem we can help you with. If you are just lost then take some time to study the Arduino basics and back up to a simpler project until you can at least tell what's going on enough to ask for help.
While you are at it since it is not working post an annotated schematic showing exactly how it is currently wired. Be sure to show all grounds, power and power sources. Many of us do not have the same hardware you do post links to technical information on these items. I am an old man and with my poor vision I cannot see what you have or how it is connected.
A common stumbling block is trying to make all aspects of a project work simultaneously. If you haven't already, stop and see if you can get just one small piece working - say, controlling something via the motor shield. Build out from there bit by bit.
