Could someone help me Id this component can't find it anywhere, looks like a mosfet? Device is 4468 ga9p13 trying to repair this device so Maby its been discontinued and there is an alternative maby

Are you sure it is defective ?
Your guess may be correct, with pins 1,2,3 tied together, pins 5,6,7 and 8 tied together and pin 4 as the gate.
You might want to order this pcb holding that part (click!).
It seems to be available from some Indonesian site for a small fraction of that price.
If it is the culprit on your PCB, you could consider desoldering it from that charger so you could use it as a replacement on your PCB.
