Help identifying electronic components

Hi I'm trying to repair and hack a boot dryer, but I can't make sense of the circuit yet, for that I need help identifying this two electronic components that were jammed into the heating element:

Thanks! I guess you refer to the second one. Is that right?

Can you measure the resistance between th terminals , disconnected from the circuit.

First one looks like a thermal fuse which melts with heat.
Second one i do not know , but could be self reseting.

Component 1 turned out to be a termal cutoff like this one, and the second is a bimetal thermal switch like this one.
