Its a 10µH ferrite-cored inductor. The chip is a buck power converter, the associated components are a capacitor (100µF 6.3V aluminium can top right), inductor (10µH), and a Schottky diode (below the inductor). If you look at the datasheet for the ST1S14 chip it'll tell you how to choose and layout these components for particular applications.
Ferrite inductors often use the resistor code in micro henries, so 100 means 10 x 10^0 = 10µH, 221 would mean 220µH, etc
