Help identifying TI op amp

I bought several op amps a while ago and wanted to look up the data sheet so I could use them.

However I can't work out which ones they are. They have the Texas Instruments logo in the top left and then the characters "09ACPYM" to the left of it. The next line has the number "23721".

I have looked at TIs topside marking guide (Packaging Part Marking Lookup | Texas Instruments) but am still trying to sort out which of the many formats apply.

Some have the date format specified as "YMD" and some as "YMLLLLS". I understand the YMD but what do the"L" and "S" represent in the latter?

Could 09ACPYM be some cryptic representation of the date or is it the part number?

I'd say the 09xxxx is a date code. I'd be looking harder at the 73721 especially since there are LM721 op-amps.

Y = YEAR
M = MONTH
LLLL = LOT CODE
S = ASSEMBLY SITE CODE

I'm not sure of that part number, maybe TI will identify it for you?

It isn't this?
