Anyone knows this (supposedly) bluetooth thing? I just need some information about it, because it's not working and I don't know why.

What's on the other side? I get no useful results googling that part number; it may be a proprietary board for that manufacturer's products
Are you sure that's a BLE device? It doesn't appear to have much supporting circuitry, or an antenna, and a chip that seems to be a little too simple.
