Help installing Driver!!

Just got the starter kit. When i installed the program. i plug in the board did all the intructions to install the driver and a get this error

Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device
Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.
Arduino Uno

Access is denied

if you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website.

Please HELP! i've been trying everything.
1)restesting comp
2)uninstall and re installing the program
3) different usb ports.

have you tried installation with your admin-account?

Hi, recently, on a friend pc, we have problems on win7 and we install the drivers stored on a rar file (Inside the arduino software folder) that is call "OLD DRIVERS"....Check this...
