Help Interpreting SM5100B response

I have my SM5100B shield up and running now. When I load it up I receive this:

+SIND: 1

+SIND: 10,”SM”,1,”FD”,1,”LD”,1,”MC”,1,”RC”,1,”ME”,1

+SIND: 3

+SIND: 8

+SIND: 4

Does this mean the module is connected and ready to go? I have configured it to the US band using AT+SBAND=7 but I cannot call or txt the unit and receive a response.

Any ideas? I have attached/detached, re-soldered the antenna connector, all with the same response.

From what I have determined from my uint (so far),
+SIND: 0 = No Sim Card
+SIND: 1 = Sim inserted
+SIND: 3 = Almost Ready (No SMS support, Yet)
+SIND: 4 = Ready
+SIND: 7 = Pincode Needed
+SIND: 10 = Something to do with the phone book?
+SIND: 11 = Registered with the Mobile network
