HELP: LED Cube patterns appear on Nano board itself

Hey guys, newcomer here so i hope i've posted this in the right place.

I've built a 4x4x4 LED cube (this being my second one, the first one worked perfectly). I've just finished building it, and loaded the software onto it for the first time and although the cube does nothing, the 4 LED's on the Nano itself happen to be dancing to some soft of pattern, which looks very similar to the Cubes patterns.

Any quick ideas? Or shall i post some photos and maybe a video?

I should probably point out, im using the same code as the working board, but this was my first time soldering the thing onto a PCB (last time i used a breadboard). That being said, it doesnt look like i've bridged any connections i shouldnt have.

Im using a nano, but it appears to be slightly different to the other nano. Both appear to only load code by using the "ATmega328p (Old Bootloader)" option, however they are available over different COM ports. Not sure if this means anything, just providing as much info as possible

I should probably point out that unless you show us what you are doing and post the code itself according to the forum instructions which you failed to read at the top of the index page, we cannot help you as our crystal balls are inadequate. :cold_sweat:
