We can always buy a thermocouple or two if we get worried about temperature. We know the temperature limits and it'll be obvious if stuff is over-heating. I'm not worried about temperature: the LEDs aren't touching the vials and a fan will keep the air flowing, which will stop warm air accumulating around the vials.
