Did upload work before? If not see the troubleshooting guide and the loop back test

If it did work before, is there anything connected to the Arduino? Specifically pins 0 and 1? If so, disconnect it all.

Looking at the output that you provided, you’re trying to upload the blank (bare minimum) sketch.

What kind of board are you uploading it to?
