hi all please iam new in ardino platform need to make like an arm that hold awired barcode scanner , detect the right psition of barcode label on product (note ther's two different kind of barcode label with different label size in different location oon product let barcod scanner goto position 1 to scan it and goto position number 2 to scan it and when come another product goto position nnumber 1 again)to scanthen location numbber 2 and so on probllem here how to focus barcod scaanner automatically in barcode label to be able scanned on specific area 1.25 m*70cm whic that include 2 position as mentioned before note:position 1,2 not fixed
How will the location of the barcode be determined? Is it in a fixed position for every product? Or are you planning on having your arm 'look' at the product to determine where the bar code is?
If it is the second, then the arduino might not be the product you want. It does not have much in the way of image processing. For that, you might be better off with a Raspberry Pi

You need to break the project into manageable pieces, and tell us what problem(s) you are having with each piece.
Do you have a robot arm to move a camera around? Do you know how to make the arm move to each of the possible positions? Do you know how to activate the camera? Do you know how to get data from the PC that the camera data is going to?
Jumping off the deep end without knowing how to swim, and without a life preserver, and discovering that the water is ice cold AND shark-infested isn't generally a good idea.
