I have connected lcd 4/20 and i2c with arduino mega, 5volt relay is connected to one output, relay var 230v contactor is connected, contactor var 7.5kw 3ph motor is connected. Etc. It needs a lot of help

Need some idea of what you want to do with all those parts. I can think of several things.
The first thing to learn is how to describe your goal and issue. The show (pictures) us what you have and how it's wired. A schematic, even if hand drawn, helps a LOT.
You're presenting a project at science fair. You have to be able to explain it and show your work.
