Help me replace E49 hall effect sensor.

Hi.
I need to replace a sensor in a bike throttle.
The name written on the sensor is: (C or D)49E 766F
I can see many different 49E hall effect sensor online, but cant find any one with 766F.
Im also unsure what the output voltage from the sensor is on the bike, but the supply voltage is 5v.

Can anyone help me find a replacement for the sensor?
What is the differense with all 49E .... ?

Im in a hurry to get the bike running again, so I need to be sure its the correct one I order, becouse it takes it so long to arrive...

The 49E Hall Effect, is made by several companies, and they should all be, to all intents and purposes, the same.
The characters 766F, you can assume, with 99.9% certainty, are just a batch code.
The main thing you want to check, is the lead format, i.e. straight or preformed.
