Help...My Arduino cant upload stuff

Left side img got error while right side img is ok. (done by another arduino uno)
I tried to reflash the bootloader, Restart the software, Changing Cable and Rx Tx are not connected to anything(A4 A5 have been used for I2C LCD screen but it shouldnt affect the uploading). None of the methods works for me.
Is it possible that i killed my crystal or some unknown components?

Is it the same Uno? Did you select the correct COM port?

Original versus clone?

The problem board is a clone but outfit design is a bit different (processor chip is not DIP) compared to original arduino uno. The board at the right is the original arduino uno. Port is ok becuase the problem board I previously used was on that same port too. It just suddenly get bugged and the software keep telling error. My problem board is direct connected by 5V(not using board itself voltage regulator) from another power supply, just worried this might be cause that I accidentally kill something.

Not sure if I understand but in general it's not wise to connect USB when an Uno (or Mega) is powered via the 5V pin. It can damage the PC.

Sorry. I think my word make some confusions here. After I disconnected the board from PC then it connect to external power supply not the same time both power on. When I off the power supply then switch it back to CH340 port cable back to PC.

That may not be the case, a different board on the same USB-hub might not be on the same port.

Of course it is, but not all that likely. I suggest you check again the port, or even better, have both units plugged in at the same time, and both ports should be available.

That shouldn't be a problem, but just in case can you show us a picture ?

This is the clone (Dont mind with those wire crossing along because this board suppose to work on my device control system. This board previously works totally fine, Im just trying to update some details to my board and this happen...)

I dont think the port got problem because my PC still can read well even upload program to another board.
