Help needed! CO2 sensor for respiration project

I am doing a project where i want to measure the level of carbon dioxide produced during respiration. I need a sensor which will ideally have a response time of no more than 1/10th of a second and a pump. Can anybody recommend where I can get the best ones? Also any help with the project would be greatly appreciated!

To get 1/10 second response time, you may have to develop your own sensor.
