Help needed on TB6612FNG running two motors simultanesouly

I tried to run two motors at the same time with the same PWM signal to A and B. The problem I face is the motors will brake and run like crazy uncontrolled horse. I did not want the brake parts. I just want either CW and CCW. I tied STBY to High.

According to the TB6612FNG spec table, the PWM and STBY did also control the mode. I am using PWM to control the speed by varying the duty cycle of 20kHz PWM. But seem like this affect mode of the motor.

How can I have only CW and CCW mode without brake ?
or How do i run two motors at the same time ?
