deverias usar un multimetro o otra forma para verificar que el rele esta funcionado correcta si es haci se puede descartar que el rele, una conexion o el esp sea la falla, en el mensajes indicas que la fuente es de 24v y la bomba es de 12v asi que lo que enverdad puede aver pasado esque la bomba se alla quemado por sobre pasar su voltaje de funcionamiento / You should use a multimeter or another way to verify that the relay is working correctly.
