I bought a humanoid robot.It is using the conventional servos named LD2015 and LD2701.These servos were extremely terrible...4 of the LD2015 were just burnt out in a month!They all dead because using low quality(problem maybe) motor brushes inside the motors.
And then, my friend suggest the Feetech SCS15 Servo.
Has anyone used this servo or knows anything about it ?
I am looking to build my robot, and would like it to function like a Bioloid GP, metal frame and all.
The feetech SCS15 servo has similar specs to the dynamixel AX-12, both are daisy chained servos, has feedback, etc... However, the SCS15 comes with brackets, horns, etc...

As far as a frame goes I found this little guys that uses the SCS15 servo, and it looks like the servos come with it. What do you think?? I contact Feetech guys, they told me it is a new product launched in April.

For a 17 DOF robot with daisy chained servo, I have to say this price is extremely attractive.
