I am using a esp32 to measure dc voltages within 3.3v but rather than directly using it on the module gpioo pins I want to use a octocoupler but I can't select which to use my measuring range is between
0.3v to 3v or something more than 3v or less than 0.3v . please help me on this.
That's every possible voltage. Is that what you meant to say?
If you're trying to measure voltage through an opto-coupler, they are not linear.
For direct input, 0.3V shouldn't be a problem.
If you want to measure a range of higher voltages (above 3.3V) you can use multiple analog inputs at the same time with multiple-different voltage dividers and over-voltage protection.
Then you can select use the reading that's "in range" and ignore the others.
I meant that the input range (the operating range) must be from 0.3v to 3v or something nearby
Ok, so from 0V to 3.3V?
What do you mean by "voltage (capacity)"? Voltage and capacitance are two different things.
Why do you want to use an optocoupler? I assume that's what you meant to say rather than octocoupler.

I meant the operating range of the octocoupler by that one
