Please , can somebody give me some clue about this TRANSISTOR ?
It is coded SX3704 - TI
I cannot find any data sheet and specs on it.
Can I use it like a switch to drive a 1 meter clear strip led 12 V. ( I cut it from a 10 mt with 600 leads and it is rated 12 V , 1,3 amps).
How do I calculate the resistor for the base ?

It might be equivalent to a TI 2N3704, but just labelled with a customer's 'house number'.
Based on the package size shown in your picture I would strongly advice against attempting to pass 1.3 amps through it. That is a value best performed by a smaller 'power transistor'.
