HELP PLEASE- Arduino humidifier heating disc

@ieee488 I'm new to Arduino and this is a project I want to do myself.

@Paul_KD7HB I don't think I have a 12v relay, only 5v. I'll probably have to get one. Do you know how I should connect one?
