Help please! Building valvometer with hall sensor

Hello, I am following an instrumentation sheet for building a valvometer (that measures that valve opening and closing of oysters) using hall sensors. The equipment components are in this image:

I am struggling to work out what cables and power supply I will need for these components. I have ordered the Mega2560 R3 board, analogue to digital converter module, real time clock module and the hall sensors. But there are also lists for a power supply, a cable between the sensors and the converter and also a micro sd card adaptor module. Can anyone assist, please?! Am a keen beginner  Thanks!

I'd bet a nickel that the cable is bulk wire, something like Mogami 2754-08

Please transcribe the table image into text.

Hi Dave,

They list a different MOGAMI but it's not one that came up on any of the websites I was searching.

Table transcribed below:
Hall effect sensor - 49E
Cable from sensor to AD converter - MOGAMI AWG33-3C
Real time clock module - Adafruit DS3231
MicroSD card adapter module - HW-115
Analog to digital converter module - Adafruit ADS1115
Power supply unit - Mean well 5V-5A
Arduino board - Mega2560 R3

Cheers

Maybe. I doubt that the cable had any connectors, It looks like they chose 3-conductor microphone cable in 33 gauge from Mogami

I cut and pasted the 2754-08 number from MOGAMIĀ® - Ultraflexible Miniature Cables and got that google search. (2754-08 was the proper link) The 2754-08 looks like it's the thinnest, most flexible, least force, 3-conductor shielded wire on offer from Mogami.

I'd bet the Adafruit MicroSD adapter would serve: MicroSD card breakout board+ : ID 254 : $7.50 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits

And a Mean Well RS-25-5 would be equivalent to "Mean Well 5V 5A"

Brilliant, thank you so much
