are you sure you have the correct COM port?
if you run the Device Manager does COM port appear/disappear as plug/unplug the microcontroller?
if not do you get any message, e.g. "USB device not recognized"
disconnect everything (sensors/relays etc) from the board
try a different USB port
try a different USB cable (some are charge only)
try EN / BOOT/ RST button combinations
yes, I did everything, the device is detected and there is sound when restarting
Please read the pinned post re 'How to get the most from the forum'. Do NOT post pictures of screens. It looks like you have both Board and Library updates to do, get them done first. Show the real verbose log file in code tags.
My guess is you failed to hold down the 'Boot' button when the connecting message appeared.
