HELP!!!!!! Problem uploading code using FTDI cable to a Lilypad Mega 328

Hi Everyone,

Arduino: 1.8.2 (Windows 10), Board: "LilyPad Arduino, ATmega328"

New to this I'm using a Lilypad with a FTDI cable - please see picture, as the board is connected to the computer LED 13 flashes blue

I downloaded the drivers from the FTDI website and have followed the manual.

COM 3 is an option. When I try to upload blink this happens......(see below)
any thoughts????????
