Hi All, I am building few voltage regulators for my experiments, of-course ideally I want the most efficient over wide range of loads etc... One of voltage regulators I really really liked is the one from polulu, this one: Pololu 12V Step-Up/Step-Down Voltage Regulator S10V2F12, it is a 12v step-up/step-down and I want to make my own from scratch, but I cannot see what voltage regulator chip it uses, marking says "BH00", did some googling around and it seems that it is manufactured by Semtech Corporation but I cannot find anything from them with 12v output, either they do not make those anymore or it is different chip.
Or can you suggest good equally efficient step-up regulator chip to look at?
Try the SEMTECH parts listed here. Filter on SEPIC and Buck/Boost parts.
The parts will not output 12V themselves but will control external parts that will switch/filter to regulate 12V out.

Great, thanks for help, found it... ordered parts.
