Hi, i recently purchased a 2.4" TFT Touch Display. After searching a lot on internet got some libraries, after uploading the problem i am getting this as output.

A good place to start is to provide more information on the display you have bought (a web link to the sellers product page is usually good enough).
Then describe your setup, ie which Arduino board you are using, how you have connected it, what libraries you are using and which example sketch.
The picture you provided shows some promise as at least you have not got a blank display.
