could you please help me out which modbus master library works efficiently if i connect multiple slaves(150).please try to respond as early as possible

Which of them fulfills your other requirements? Most of them should work with 150 slaves. The question is more what you do with them. Often the available RAM does limit the number of slaves supported but that depends heavily on the task you do with the ModBus setup.
