HELP!! RFID with Arduino

Hello all,
I have the RFID readers RC255 and Im trying to have 4 sensors and cards for a puzzle game i am making. I have a code that gets 1 rfid reader to make pin 3 go high but I need it to only do that when all 4 cards are sensed. How would I continue the code?
