HELP - Sending sensor data wirelessly to website accessed from anywhere

HELLO! I am currently a chemical engineering intern, but I've been presented with an issue that is way out of my range of knowledge.

Here's the project:
We are measuring flux & conductivity of a wastewater osmosis process 24hr/day for a month. Our existing system is built beside a computer so sensors can load readings right to it, but we are about to construct a system in which we hope to not need a computer.

We are wanting to use an Arduino to read sensor data, and through a Wi-Fi connection, wirelessly send the readings to a website that we can access from anywhere (most notably our lab, an hour away from the build site). I've read into ESP8266 modules, ThingSpeak, WiFiNINA, global servers, post.php... I am very overwhelmed; this is definitely not my strong suit.

Any ideas, suggestions, or advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

One option - there is a Forum category here called Community. Within that is a section called "Jobs and Paid Consultancy" You might post your question there, if you're really in a hurry you should be willing to purchase help. If not, you'll find the forums helpful, but often quite unfocussed. Hope that helps. There are also many examples that might give you some hints, but if you've not coded you're in for an uphill climb.

If WiFi is present on site, no problem. This has been done many times.

Spend a few minutes with your favorite search engine (example phrase "arduino wifi upload thingspeak") to find tutorials on line. Substitute esp32 for arduino to find many more.

Might look into MQTT Broker.
